Real estate is a fast-paced business, and Realtors have a lot of responsibility. Our performance has real consequences on the lives of our clients, and it's important for us to be available in circumstances where immediate action is needed. I take that part of my job very seriously!

So how can a Realtor be available to their clients 365 days a year, while also having a life and avoiding burnout? Well... they can't. Not without assistance.

And that's where my friend and business partner Dale Carstensen comes in!

 

Dale and I have worked together since 2018, first at RE/MAX and now at Urban Nest. We have very similar communication and organizational styles, so if we are in the middle of your home purchase or sale, and Dale needs to take over for me temporarily, the transition will feel seamless! Despite our similarities in operational matters, Dale and I have very different backgrounds, and when you work with one of us, you benefit from the knowledge bases of both of us! For example, while I have extensive experience working with first-time and low-income buyers and sellers, Dale has a special certification as a divorce real estate expert, and extensive experience with land development.
